Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Turf Cancellation Policy

• •We understand that plans may change. To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• •Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refunds

• •Approved refunds go back to the original payment method only — UPI payments return to the bank account, card payments to the card. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
• •Refunds land in 5–7 working days. The delay is the bank's, not ours — the refund leaves our payment gateway (Razorpay) the same day we approve it, and your receipt shows the refund reference.
• •No-shows (slot starts, nobody arrives, nobody calls) are not refunded — the turf, lights and staff were held for you.
• •Bundle hours (prepaid packs) are never refunded as cash. A cancelled bundle booking returns the hours to your pack where possible — ask us on call.

3. Rain & unplayable ground

• •If we call off play — waterlogged turf, dangerous weather, power failure — you choose: full refund or free rescheduling. No window applies; rain is our call, not yours.
• •If play starts and rain stops it midway, we reschedule the remaining time or refund it proportionally — decided on the ground, honoured at the desk.
• •Light drizzle that we judge playable is not a refund reason — check with us before travelling in doubtful weather.

4. How to ask for a refund

1. 1.Cancel the booking from My bookings (if still inside the window).
2. 2.Call +91 91799 20201 with your booking name and date — refunds are approved on call.
3. 3.Watch for the refund confirmation on your receipt page, then allow 5–7 working days for it to reach your account.
